THIS IS WHAT YOUR JOB IS GOING TO LOOK LIKE

As of June, we are going live with our new Workday system, so we are looking for the Workday expert who can start helping us after going live.

What will you do?

After the go-live, of course, the real work begins and in this role you will be the hero(s) behind the buttons of Workday within our organization. You make sure everything keeps running smoothly and gets better. Your days will include.

  • Setting up new functionalities within Workday;
  • Fixing errors (you don’t turn your hand to a bug here or there);
  • Answering questions from our end users (HR, Finance, Managers – you name it);
  • Together with our Product Manager, you coordinate new requirements, improvements and priorities with the organization. You understand what’s going on and translate that into smart solutions in Workday;

You will work with modules such as: HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Finance, Procurement, Projects and Time Tracking. So: versatile? Yes. Boring: never.

This is where you recognize yourself

  • You have at least 4 years of relevant experience with Workday configuration;
  • Available 36 – 40 hours per week;
  • Feels like a fish out of water within complex systems;
  • Knows how to connect technology and end users effortlessly;
  • Proactively sees and seizes improvement opportunities;
  • Can make complicated things simple (for yourself and others);
  • Enjoys interacting with various stakeholders and is not afraid to take the lead in alignment.

  • Salary range of €4,500 – €6,000 per month, depending on experience and based on a 40-hour work week;
