This is what your internship is going to look like
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join Team Rockstars IT! Each year we organize about 80 Tech events for our Rockstars, clients and the rest of our network where they can develop themselves, get to know each other or network. In this internship, you will assist in organizing Events for our Rockstars, HQ staff and our clients.
You will help organize the events and support the marketing team. Think about finding cool locations where events and activities can take place, thinking along with cool marketing campaigns, writing the subtitles for an aftermovie and coming up with new cool merchandise. Does your heart make a jump when you think “out of the box”? Then you’ve come to the right place. Indeed, one of the core values within Team Rockstars is “Rebels” and we like to radiate this in the things we organize. No idea is crazy enough, so don’t hold back. In addition, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, you are stress resistant and enjoy planning and organizing. This internship requires someone who is eager to learn and enthusiastic. To ensure that our fat events can take place we occasionally ask for some flexibility in working hours, after all it is and always has been the event industry.
In short, a hands on, creative and versatile internship where there is much to learn and an entrepreneurial attitude is required! Professionalization is on going, so a critical eye is greatly appreciated! There is ample room for initiating and possibly implementing improvements. From your education, you may have to do an assignment or research. We are open to working with you to formulate a challenging assignment that will add value to both you and us.
We are the nicest, but why?
Within Team Rockstars IT, an intern is not just any intern. You rotate in the organization and we think that is very important. It’s okay to think about that, too. We challenge you to develop yourself. Therefore, you will be given a lot of responsibility. That also really gives you a sense of belonging to the organization. Side note: Every year we take a trip to a fat destination, like the past few years to Dublin, Paris and London is planned for next May. And the interns go along too!!! Very tempting, WE KNOW!😊

Are we a match?
- You are pursuing an MBO, AD or HBO degree;
- You are looking for a collaborative internship starting in September 2025;
- Preference will be given to someone majoring in Leisure & Events Management, Communications, Facility Management, Marketing or something similar;
- You are available for a minimum of 20 weeks (longer is also allowed!);
- You are available for 32 to 40 hours;
- We work alternately at our offices in Den Bosch, Amsterdam and Rotterdam and also comfortably from home!
