The role
As a Scrum Master at Team Rockstars IT, you are the driving force behind the performance of development teams at our clients. You ensure that our teams not only work Agile, but continuously improve, organize themselves and proactively solve problems. You have the responsibility to optimize the way we work, remove obstacles and ensure that teams work optimally with stakeholders and each other.

Who you are
We are looking for a Scrum Master who not only understands Scrum and Agile working, but is also a true culture carrier who makes a difference in the team. You are:
- Experienced: You have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment and know how to apply Scrum in different contexts.
- Familiar with frameworks: SAFe, LeSS or Kanban
- Communication strong: You know how to find the right tone and communicate clearly with both your team and stakeholders.
- Coaching and people management: You have experience in guiding teams and individuals to success, focusing on their development and growth.
- Improver: You continuously look for ways to optimize processes and help the team improve itself.
- Flexible and driven: You love the dynamics of working in a rapidly changing environment and always know how to challenge yourself and your team.
