This is what energizes you
In this role, you will focus on achieving Talent Management goals in your region, where the size varies between approximately 175 and 350 IT Rockstars (the developers employed by us). In doing so, you will bear responsibility for the alignment between the national strategy and the specific challenges at the regional level.
Moreover, in this role, you will be ultimately responsible for ensuring the 9+ experience of the IT Rockstars in your region. You accomplish this in close cooperation with the team of Talent Managers, who are motivated, inspired and developed under your leadership. Together with your team, you will build active, bonded communities within your region. To achieve the regional objectives, you will work intensively with the Director and Head of Sales in the region, among others, and together you will form the regional management team. Together, you bear responsibility for achieving the overall regional result.
In terms of time distribution, the role is as follows: for 50% you will be a cooperating foreman/woman, managing 25 IT Rockstars. For 20% you develop the field by taking care of regional and national projects. For 20% you manage the team of Talent Managers in your region and the last 10% you spend on regional MT challenges.
As Head, you are the driving force behind your team of approximately 25 IT Rockstars. You coach, lead and facilitate them to get the best out of themselves. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational design and implementation of our Talent Management policy in your region, with the goal of achieving regional objectives.
As Product Owner, you will provide direction for the continued development of Talent Management in at least one of our strategic pillars, leading organizational and executive tasks. You manage the staffing of Talent Managers in your region, managing inflow and quality, and ensuring their job maturity and retention.
You will ensure the satisfaction of our IT Rockstars in your region and promote community building and culture retention within the Chapters. By driving technical development and pursuing goals, you will contribute to the growth and professionalization of our team. Together with the Region Director and Head of Sales, you will be co-responsible for distributing sponsorship roles evenly, acting as the face for the IT Rockstars in one (or more) Chapter(s). This includes supervising Chapter Meetings.

Flexibility comes naturally to you because sometimes events take place in the evenings or it is necessary to pick up some extra work from a colleague.
- HR knowledge: You have experience with HR case histories.
